Have you ever wanted to know more about your Union? Local 598 Education Committee has Education classes for the membership that will cover many subjects, including the UAW Constitution, roles and responsibilities of local unions and union members, local union contracts, and labor history. It will be open to all members of Local 598.
The classes will be held at the Union Hall on Tuesdays – Thursdays. Hours of the class will be 9 am – 5 pm, and the union hall will pay wages. Class sizes are limited, so if you are interested, let your Committee Representative or an officer at the Union Hall (810 238-4605) know.
